Kari Lake, the Republican candidate who lost the Arizona governor's race to Democrat Katie Hobbs was in court and her attorneys said Maricopa County has a “failed process” for verifying thousands of ballot signatures because it was proven ballots were only looked at for 3 seconds at the maximum amount of time, not allowing for enough time to scroll down the page to match the hundreds of thousands of signatures
