We all know the benefits of wearing a protective face mask, but what about the other effects? Does wearing a mask lower the level of oxygen (o2) in your blood? Can you suffocate from mask wearing? I don't solve all of the world's problems in this video - or tell you whether or not you should wear a mask - but I do test the effects of mask wearing on my blood oxygen levels using both a cloth mask and a surgical mask. Also I record myself doing some embarrassing exercises in addition to documenting just how out of shape I really am. 😂 To top it all off, I take you to the beach! What could be better than in home science plus a beach day?!
