Do you feel depleted? Like the energy has been drained from you and no matter what you do you can’t seem to find the motivation to fully live like you’d want to? To do the things you feel you should be doing. If you’re in this space try to just let things flow. Don’t resist where you are right now, we all go through periods where we just need to heal, rest and be good to ourselves. When you have days where you feel more productive, go for it. On the days when things are more difficult, take things more slowly.

The energy of life ebbs and flows and it’s OK to go with the tide. If you find you’re stuck in this space of depletion for long periods of time, you may want to reach out to others for support. Sometimes love and encouragement is all we need, and other times professional help can help move you forward.
