NYS TROOPERS believe they have the right to trespass on private property.

This happened about a month before I was stopped for having a headlight out and no registration, then assaulted on my private property for not giving my fraudulent legal name which the state trooper who denied his constitutional oath and acted in private capacity said he understood the legal name was fraudulent, but he still needed it or he was going to remove me from my car consequently disrupting my peaceful night of getting gas and milk at the local gas station. After asking him if I was under arrest, he could not answer me so I decided to drive back to my home meanwhile deputy doofus acting in private capacity followed me home with his emergency lights on as if I was some sort of high risk threat to society with my generator gas and baby milk and proceeded to assault me with commercial code statutes on private property until they weaseled their way into my car and molested me on my front yard. **At this moment in time is when this state trooper arrived on the “scene of the crime” and he illegally searched my pockets, private mode of travel, and took my electronic form of private property (cell phone) before coercing me into falsifying my legal name in bad faith by threatening the well-being of my pregnant wife and infant children that would not be able to survive without me to constantly take care of them.
