The Japanese Government wants to make preschool free in order to have more babies. But is the problem with the low fertility because people cannot afford preschool? It's probably more because women in Japan have very high standards, won't settle with your average Japanese Joe, and men don't want to work 80+ hour work weeks in order to satisfy a woman.
