This DOES NOT even include the geothermal pipes, blowers and thermostats, metal siding, doors, or windows, that's all extra!
This isn't rocket science and you can do it on your own, no kit needed. YOU CAN BUILD THIS YOURSELF FOR AROUND A COUPLE HUNDRED TO A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS by making your own plans and building yourself. One set of plans I saw was $50 for the whole greenhouse! The tubes for geothermal and the fan will not be that much more.
Just build a standard greenhouse and bury pipes 8 feet deep 75 feet out, 75 feet across, and 75 feet back, and then run a fan to circulate the air. Watch the video to see how it's done. Nothing more needed. When I have time I will make my own plans and post them free online, but it isn't hard to do. There are lots of free greenhouse plans online, all you have to do is seal up all the cracks (he used spray foam) and run the pipes with a circulating fan. That's it.

This is a matter of allowing people of the world to grow their own food. This is a necessary humanitarian effort, and withholding the information is akin to murder. This basic knowledge isn't a time for profit, this is a time to change the world. This man will die soon given his age and he won't be able to take a penny of his profit with him. Evil to withhold the information! Fortunately it's relatively easy to learn to do yourself.
Geothermal heating provides stable temperatures in a greenhouse year round. This means anyone can grow their own food in a simple greenhouse and it requires basic high-school level physics, just bury some tubes 8 feet deep and circulate with a basic fan that can be run by a solar panel year round. You have to buy food because they are hiding how easy it is to grow your own food.
