My thoughts:
It is well-produced propaganda, clearly. It could very well be true though.
"White Angels" could be a Soros-funded group of military child abductors to deliver for adrenochrome production, organ trade, intergalactic sex slave trade, and who knows what. It could very well be true.

Western internet says this:
"The White Angels are a group of police officers led by Rustam Lukomskyi, who are on a mission to save civilians from villages in war zones, particularly in Donbass. They bring food, medicine, basic necessities, and hope to the local population despite constant shelling and the enemy's proximity. They have already saved over a thousand people since the start of the Russian invasion and have no intention of stopping. The name White Angel comes from the white ambulance car the police officer started using to help people on the first day of the war. They also evacuate civilians and the wounded ones and collect the bodies of the dead. Despite persistent calls of the Ukrainian authorities to evacuate, few citizens took this opportunity, and a part of the local population still remains in Bakhmut. In May 2023, the White Angel evacuation crew was attacked in Bakhmut."
