I actually had to delete 20 minutes or more of information to conserve on time. Things that I thought were important...but not absolutely essential to get this information out. If you aware of what happened at this event, then this will make absolute and total sense to you. If you are also aware of what Extremely Low Frequencies can do then this will make even more sense to you. If anyone tries to tell you this is normal in any way, they are lying, stupid, or insane. These are facts.

1999 audio is much different compared to modern ELF audio. You can hear the difference. This is before mass signals were overlapping.

Like the Travis Scott concert, I found a different, 1999-era brand of audio at this event. This was a frequency test on large numbers of people in one area. A fertile testing ground.
