On March 23, 2020, Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb issued Executive Order 20-08 instituting an extra-constitutional Martial Law, since that time I have sent several emails & left multiple voicemails requesting the specific enumerate power within the Indiana State Constitution, that affords him the power to suspend our constitution absent "Open Rebellion" as is the only time in American law that such a power may be exercised.

His Executive Order, violates several portions of our state's constitution chief among such is ARTICLE I, Section 31, which prevents:

Freedom of Assembly:
Weddings
Funerals
Church Service
Birthday Parties
Political Gatherings/Activities/Protests

Just eight days later 120,331 Hoosiers were forced to file unemployment(1). Shutdown is vastly worse than disease.

Finally an email sent to another public official found its way to a WFLI reporter, who then asked Governor Holcomb during his press briefing on April 3, 2020.

His non-answer answer is one for the books.
