Two Atlanta Cops Put on Leave After Kicking Woman in the Head While Handcuffed and on the Ground..

The incident took place Monday afternoon in Summerhill, Atlanta, as the woman, identified by her family as Ashley, was lying face down on the ground with her hands cuffed behind her back. Footage shows the male cop kicking her in the head after she allegedly spat on his boots and pants. The female cop does not appear to react or make any attempt to stop it. Ashley's neighbor who shot the footage said she saw the cops kick her more than once: 'They actually kicked her down the hill and she went rolling'. Atlanta Police Department slammed the actions of the officers as 'unacceptable' and said both were suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.
