I encountered this "professional driver" on my way to work. Headed south on I-71 in a posted construction zone with a speed limit of 45 MPH as I entered the curve known as “the east split” in downtown Columbus, the Howland Logistics driver…

After we rounded the curve to I-70 W, the Howland driver initiated an unsafe pass, seemingly intentionally maneuvering far closer to my vehicle than necessary.

After passing, the driver did not signal and cut back into my lane.

The vehicle had a hazmat 1203 placard indicating that it was carrying "flammable liquid".
