Take another ride with Fearless Floyd as he endeavors to claim “Minor Funds” in the Court Registry of the Harris County District Clerk’s office via Application, Motion and Proofs of Claim. When any Court Case/Action/Cause is created is a “Commercial” proceeding under Civil Rules masquerading as whatever “label” the government adheres to it, i.e., Civil, Family, or Criminal. All “Crimes are Commercial”. Because a person enters the fictional realm of the Court system as the “surety” and not the “beneficiary”, and argues (pleas) the person is in commercial dishonor and a liability for not settling the account – profiting the Court and not “discharging” the “debt to society”.
