Hello my lovebugs, my Hunny-bunnies, my special darlings. Welcome to Episode 162, part 13c of our 13 part series on the 4 Levels of Relationships from Unconscious to Conscious. Today, I share my personal curated list of 33 steps for the Heart-Based New Humanity:
1. Be your own guru. You are a Sovereign Being—Never give up your autonomy!
2. Pay attention. Remember waking up and exiting the Matrix is about owning YOUR ATTENTION and Composing your reality. Always question reality and your perception of reality, especially if you catch yourself triggered and sleeping at the wheel of your Life. Spiritual awakening is NOT a one-off event. Connect the dots. Get off your knees; pull your head out of the sand. Be aware, awake, informed, have fun, and delight in being empowered.
3. Learn about your true Divine origin and Divine Law/ Spiritual Law/Natural Law; know your unalienable rights as a Divine Being having a human experience.
4. Research about the powers-that-wanna-be. Here is a partial list to get you started: Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, Council on Foreign Relations, United Nations.
5. Be curious. Learn basic science. Apply your Superpower of Critical Thinking. Be a lover of Truth, engage your Divine Intelligence, and perform your due diligence in researching all your questions and concerns. Own your power.
6. Cry. Tears are the nutrient-dense soul food/healing/soothing balm for our Hearts coming home to the One Heart because there is no separation.
7. Be an emissary and Way-Show-er of Divine Love.
8. Do evolve into conscious consumers and engage in the practices of recirculating items and waste: compost, reduce, recycle, reuse, restore, reclaim, reframe, renew, review, etc.
9. Dwell in possibilities and win-win solutions soaked in the medicine of Divine Love, Truth, and Beauty.
10. Be here, Now, engaging all Seven Senses in this Sensual World: (1) Sight, (2) Smell, (3) Sound, (4) Taste, (5) Touch, (6) Intuition, and (7) Gifting-Giving (Divine Masculine Principle) and Receiving (Divine Feminine Principle). Do so and bear in mind that what you perceive in your environment may be manipulated and/or skewed by conditioning and/or interference.
11. Be courageous in shining light upon the darkness.
12. Learn and master the elements of empathy (without getting trapped by it).
13. Be honest with your emotions and feelings as they are our Life’s navigational system. Journaling then burning these accounts is a valuable tool for this purpose and is a fast track to waking up, staying awake, and fostering ongoing conscious awareness.
14. Allow yourSelf to recharge, regroup, rejuvenate, relax, rest, and sleep. Self-care honours you.
15. Practice daily stillness, meditation, and breathing/communing with Nature and Gaia.
16. Engage a daily practice of inspired bodily movement: walking, hiking, jogging/running, yoga, swimming, dancing, martial arts, and bike-riding, any enjoyable exercise.
17. Receive basic firearms and self-defence training.
18. Drink clean, fresh, non-fluoridated water and consciously feed your body clean, organic, non-GMO, nutrient-dense whole and superfoods,
19. Enhance your body’s frequency with the purest vibrational energy medicines,
20. Engage in gentle daily and seasonal detoxification.
21. Engage daily conscious intention by utilising the Sensual Life Wheel—balance Being, Doing, Enjoying.
22. Create an ongoing, daily Conscious-Living Vision template for your Life, allowing Life to direct and inspire you; ask for guidance and receive assistance from all sources and cohorts of the Divine.
23. Gift-Give-Share your Love and unique blessing, creativity, and service with the world and humanity in collaboration with one and all. Pay your Love and blessings forward.
24. Receive the Love and unique blessings, creativity, and services of others with deep gratitude.
25. Cultivate and nurture conscious, loving, supportive relationships.
26. Forgive yourself and others.
27. Laugh and engage in play as often as possible each and every day. Celebrate Life as often as possible.
28. Turn off wifi and techie toys as often as possible.
29. Travel the world and personally witness the immense beauty of our planet.
30. Play, sing, or listen to beautiful music as often as possible.
31. With or without a beloved, consciously Make Love as often as possible.
32. Learn Energy Mastery.
