If the newly developed infrastructure is anything to go by, Kitgum Municipality could become the next City after Gulu in Acholi sub region in Northern Uganda.
The Uganda Support to Municipal Infrastructure Development has seen roads upgraded, street lights installed and Pedestrian Walk ways put in place.
The facelifts enumerated by Kitgum Municipality Mayor Okwera Richard Ojara are shared across Gulu and Arua Cities; other beneficiaries of USMID Additional Funding.
