For some years now the earth has been going through an energetic shift where the energy is becoming lighter and finer. This evoluntionary shift is causing the denser energy that surrounds trauma to rise to the surface for healing. This is a great thing, however, it can get a bit uncomforatble if you don't stay grounded in the body. In this video I describe a very simple way to ground your energy into the earth. The more grounded you are, the more energy you are able to allow to flow through your body and the more easily you will be able to release the lower. more dense energy and to level up.
