Through the Marriage of Yahweh the Most High God and his nation Israel, the Messiah was conceived and the birth of His Christian Kingdom to come, made up of both Jew and Gentiles. This Man-Child is the Kingdom of God where Christ is the head of His body, the body being the church. Each one of us is a member of His body, a priest or king in His Kingdom that will appear after this age.
Isaiah told us that the Man-Child will be born in an instant, just like the rapture is in the twinkling of an eye (1 Corinthians 15). Isaiah 66 tells us before the travail of Zion (Israel) the Man-Child will be born, which I believe speaks of the Pre-Tribulation rapture (Revelation 3:10), where the Kingdom of God is born in Heaven (Revelation 12:5). The travail of Zion is Jacob's Trouble - the painful birth that brings forth the new age of Christ and His Millenial Kingdom after the AntiChrist reign (Revelation 19-20).
Isaiah 66:6-9 KJV — A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that rendereth recompence to his enemies. Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the LORD: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.

This chapter found in the Book of Revelation is an incredible scene that shows us major events surrounding the final 7 year period before Jesus returns to establish His Kingdom on Earth (See Revelation 19-20).

The overcomers in Christ are allowed to rule and reign with Christ on earth and forever more:
Revelation 2:25-29 KJV — But that which ye have already hold fast till I come. And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. And I will give him the morning star. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
Many Christian brothers and sisters are having dreams and visions of a baby being born! Myself included! In verse 5 of Revelation 12, I believe the Man-Child is the Church of Christ who was (soon will be) caught up to Heaven (Rapture - 1 Corinthians 15:52).
We can try to guess the delivery-date all day long, but the man-child (christians) will come forth at the right time and be delivered up to the Father in glory. Be expecting, any moment it could happen (rapture).
