Instead, the emergency resulted from Domination making scientific technology an accessory to its destruction industry in the 16th century. This intensified the 6000-year-old race to destruction, and today threatens to destroy the world.
(The destruction industry is the organizations that Domination uses to provide its rulers with necessary materials, primarily weapons, and the race to destruction is the relentless quest to invent more destructive weapons and countermeasures against them.)

Engines of Domination is a found footage film utilizing classic experimental cinema from the last century together with historical documentary and news sources to create a unique visual experience showcasing Corske's theory on political power.
