Lost Judgment The Kaito Files OST - Behind The Scheme
After the incident involving Ehara, a month passes. Yagami, who is away on a job, receives a message from Kyoya Sadamoto, the CEO of a technology company. Sadamoto reaches out to Kaito, asking for his assistance in locating his wife, Mikiko. It has been reported that Mikiko had taken her own life two years ago, but there have been recent sightings of her in Kamurochō.
Given that Mikiko was once Kaito's ex-girlfriend, he initially declines the case due to the emotional toll it may take on him. However, everything changes when Sadamoto's son, Jun, enters the picture. Jun firmly believes that the circumstances surrounding Mikiko's supposed suicide were fabricated and insists that she is still alive. In a surprising revelation, Jun claims that Kaito is his biological father, leading Kaito to reconsider and accept the case.
During their investigation, Jun is unexpectedly abducted by the corrupt Bato Detective Agency. Determined to rescue Jun and uncover the truth about Mikiko, Kaito manages to free him from the clutches of the criminal organization.
During their relentless pursuit of the truth, Kaito and Jun uncover a crucial lead in their investigation. They discover that a man had been inquiring about Mikiko in Kamurochō a few months after her supposed death. Determined to follow this lead, they make their way to Chiba, where they find the man named Yasutaka Shirakaba.
Yasutaka Shirakaba, a doctor, confesses to fabricating Mikiko's death in order to shield her from a dangerous gang that had been searching for her. He reveals that he stumbled upon Mikiko, who was suffering from dissociative amnesia after a harrowing fall from a waterfall. In an act of secrecy and compassion, Shirakaba has been caring for her in hiding for the past two years. However, Mikiko has recently vanished after her lost memories resurfaced.
As Kaito, Jun, and Shirakaba delve deeper into the mystery, they find themselves face-to-face with the notorious Crimson Lotus gang from Shinjuku, led by Shusuke Kenmochi. Shirakaba identifies them as the very individuals who were relentlessly hunting down Mikiko. The gang confronts them, demanding that they hand over Mikiko, asserting that she is responsible for the deaths of several of their members. Despite the danger, Kaito and his companions manage to escape from the clutches of Crimson Lotus, determined to protect Mikiko and bring the truth to light.
Within the bustling streets of Kamurochō, Kaito stumbles upon a tense encounter between Mikiko and another member of the Crimson Lotus gang. In this confrontation, Mikiko discloses a horrifying truth - Crimson Lotus was responsible for the brutal murder of her family and had made an attempt on her life, disguised as a suicide. Unfortunately, Kaito is unable to apprehend her as she slips away.
Determined to track Mikiko's movements, Kaito decides to tail the gang's leader, Kenmochi. However, unbeknownst to both Kaito and Mikiko, this turns out to be a cleverly laid trap set by the Crimson Lotus gang. In a daring turn of events, Kaito manages to rescue Mikiko from the clutches of their enemies.
As they find safety, Mikiko reveals a shocking revelation - she has not yet taken anyone's life. In fact, someone has been stealthily eliminating each of her intended targets before she gets the chance. She also discloses that she had enlisted the help of the Bato Detective Agency, including the protection of Jun, whom she confirms is not Kaito's biological son.
With a newfound determination, Mikiko sets out to exact her vengeance upon the Crimson Lotus gang. Sensing the urgency of the situation, Kaito and the Bato detectives join her in pursuit, their path leading them to Ijincho, where the remaining members of the Crimson Lotus are gathering for a reunion. The stage is set for a climactic showdown between Mikiko, Kaito, the Bato detectives, and the relentless Crimson Lotus gang.
As Kaito ascends to the rooftop of the lavish party, he is met with a shocking sight. Mikiko stands face-to-face with Sadamoto, the puppet master orchestrating the entire web of deceit. In a chilling revelation, Sadamoto confesses to marrying Mikiko and orchestrating the murder of her own family, all in pursuit of their wealth. Furthermore, Sadamoto admits to ordering Mikiko's death two years prior when she discovered the truth. To Kaito's astonishment, Sadamoto discloses that he is the mastermind behind the group that eventually evolved into the Crimson Lotus gang.
In a desperate attempt to cover up his involvement with the organization, Sadamoto has been methodically eliminating the other members, even resorting to poisoning everyone gathered at the reunion. His sinister plan involves framing Mikiko for the deaths, leaving her with a life burdened by guilt and an unwavering desire for revenge.
As the situation intensifies, Sadamoto tries to use Jun as a hostage, but the courageous young man manages to escape, inspired by Kaito's unwavering bravery. Taking advantage of th
