Ok, so I learned something new. There's a right way to fight this but I'm not sure I trust him although he may have just ditched everything because of what happened to him in 2012. None of his sites have anything on them that's recent, the domain has changed, or the links have been taken over, or are parked. Plus I can't find his book. It's only been almost 5 years since this interview. August 2019, 9 months before the war broke.

Then our parents pass that trauma down onto us and unless you clear most of it, you will pass it to your children and so on.
