The story is that the man came up to complain about noise from the neighbors who live directly above him. Their side of the story is that the man downstairs was crazy and constantly complained about noise that wasn't there.
The argument resulted in the father threatening the man with scissors while the wife tried to pull him away. Afterwards the downstairs neighbor pulled out a pistol and shot both father and son. He's now on the run and cannot be found by police.
