As End Run Around SCOTUS Ruling New York’s New Gun Law to Use People’s Social Media to Deny Licenses

New York Democrats think they are some big brained geniuses with this one. They actually think it will be a successful end run around the US Supreme Court shooting down their unconstitutional gun laws that they’ve been using to prevent the lawful ownership of firearms by residents within the state. What they are going to do now is use people’s social media posts to do what they have been doing instead. It seems like they think that being told there is a 2nd Amendment means there is no 1st or 4th Amendments now with this.
