Part 9 is the final video in this series about basic more universal aspects of a health optimization diet!
ALL 9 parts are important. You don't have to be perfect but if you want to optimize your health you need to do your best to establish a VERY "high-qual" diet and avoid "low-qual" at all costs!!!!
Your beneficial microbiome will thank you! Part of what I do is control the terrain of my body to support beneficial microorganisms and suppress pathogenic microorganisms. I believe our bodies are similar to a ferment as I discuss in PART 2.
All the details and "little changes" made to ones diet will add up and create a STRONG foundational diet which MAXIMIZES how well the body responds to herbs and earthly supplements.
