Mistake on 80% AR Lower Receiver?, FIX IT.
For those that made a mistake when milling the 80% lower receiver for the AR15, there is a fix that should work very well to repair that AR15 lower receiver in most cases. Some people have attempted to use JB Weld to repair a damaged AR15 lower receiver, but there is better repair material to use. I found that 3M Panel Adhesive, part no, 08115, is much stronger than JB Weld. If you over milled your AR15 80% lower or made a mistake milling your AR15 80% lower receiver, you likely will be able to repair the damaged 80% AR15 lower receiver. The 3M Panel adhesive is very tuff stuff and is maybe as strong as many polymer resins on the market.
