Homeless & Save Money For A Year?

Considering a big decision. Idk if I can even handle it but it would be life-changing. I hate this but I feel like I should have property by 2021.
There's other things that may interrupt my plan, but if I work hard I think I can still work towards my goal. I want enough for a modest down payment on a small home at least 30 minutes away from a city..

Should I take more control of my life? Or get better sleep and shower every day? Decisions..
