total amount Trump wanted for the wall and border security.
The buget bill is over 1000 pages long and loaded with pork
and land mines. Only 55 miles of the border wall will be funded.
Trump says he will sign the budget to aviod a shutdown,
but declare a National Emergency to pay for the short-fall he
could not get Democrats to give him.
