Video and audio recordings Tuesday of the Weber County contracts document the confrontation between an officer and Morales in a residential carport on the 2900 block of Grant Avenue.
At one on February 7, Eric Young, the Ogden Police Chief, said the personal sexual assault was heard on 100 block on 26th Street. The police are on 30th Street and Washington Boulevard.
