This plugin makes events flash, or show a balloon icon, when the player is near them. (Hence helping the player know they can interact with it, without having to press 'action' on everything.)

Some Applications:
1- Make it easy for the player to know, what objects/events they can interact with. (So they aren't going around, pressing 'action' button on anything and everything.)
2- Show what kind of an event it is with balloon icons. (Whether it's a main mission, a side-quest, a timed-quest, e.t.c.)
3- Make the environment feel more alive, (for example) by having balloon icons popping on two sprites, indicating that they are talking to one another.
