Trump's latest comments on Baltimore serve to bring YET ANOTHER serious issue to light. He's done this several times in the past where he mentions an issue people aren't talking about, and he addresses it in a manner that GETS people to talk about it! It's brilliant, but Baltimore is just the most recent topic of debate (as if there's really a debate to even be had here). Elijah Cummings has done a horrible job running the district, and Bernie Sanders has said 'deplorable' things about the city as well.
