While I'm typing let me explain how bad the DMCA problem is:
Someone will upload an image days, months or even YEARS after you post it then claim it's copyrighted. A bot checks it out, but since bots can't tell time apparently... they just suspend you. I mean imagine going to court saying "The time travelers ruined my work, everything is gone!" It's that bad.
