Karl Lentz: Lemon Creek Lodge, Winlaw BC

Karl Lentz’s child was taken away by the state for having Down’s syndrome. He paid a fortune on lawyers and lived in a shipping container to divert all his money to legal costs. After nearly 6 years, he decided to learn Law for himself as clearly the lawyers couldn’t help. He eventually learned how to create and move a court of record under Common Law.

Karl also learned that his child was classed as 'property' and began to understand the importance of using correct language in court, as the legal & lawful definitions of over 50 important words often trap people due to their different meanings in common usage.

Karl stresses the importance of simple but carefully constructed sentences, which he used in court and subsequently resulted in the court ordering the state to return his son back to him within 24 hours.

He now has a radio talk show teaching his simple way of thinking that any man or woman can comprehend and use to solve their own problems. His radio show is full of people ringing in with success stories using his methods.
