I went searching for the meaning(s) of the hydrangeas flower and found out there are several meanings with the associated colors. I saw that there were four common colors with its own meanings, however, in the anime, there seemed to be a yellow one. Maybe it's due to the lighting that's making it yellow, maybe not. I couldn't find a meaning behind a yellow hydrangeas.

I like the symbolism behind it and each had its own definition in the three scenes.

About the whole thing with Yuu trying to convince Touko to "change" and be herself, maybe Sayaka understood that and that's why she didn't bother to try.
