End Of Xorg On Fedora KDE IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING

Back in september it was announced that with Fedora 40 KDE Plasma was going to be shipping Wayland only, I thought it was probably going to happen but it certainly wasn't confirmed now the vote has passed so it's almost certainly happening.
