This is a British patriotic song called "Britannia, The Pride Of The Ocean" that was composed by journalist Stephen Joseph Meany in 1842. The song shares the tune with a contemporary U. S. patriotic song called "Columbia, The Gem Of The Ocean", which was released around the same time - which has resulted in a dispute over which song came first.
