-1 package sharp cheddar cheese
-1 package shredded parmesan cheese
-1 package Swiss cheese
-1 lb smoked gouda cheese

*INGREDIENTS*
-1 package sharp cheddar cheese
-1 package shredded parmesan cheese
-1 package Swiss cheese
-1 lb smoked gouda cheese
-grated parmesan cheese
-garlic and herb feta cheese
-1 can of evaporated milk
-2 sticks of salted butter
-onion powder
-salt
-pepper
-lemon and pepper
-minced garlic
-olive oil
-1 box of penne noodles
-1 bag of cooked shrimp
-1 can of lump crab meat
***DIRECTIONS***
*GARLIC BUTTER SALMON*
1. Melt down 1 stick of butter and minced garlic (to your discretion) in saucepan until bubbling. KEEP STIRING.
2. Prepare salmon (descale, cut, etc.)
3. Rub olive oil on both sides of salmon.
4. Rub butter garlic melt on salmon.
5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook for 15-20 mins.
6. (optional) broil on 500 degrees for 3-5 mins for crispy skin (LITTT).
7. ALL DONE!
***SEAFOOD MAC N CHEESE***
1. Boil and drain noodles.
2. Put 1 stick of butter in hot pot (same pot used for noodles).
3. Add noddles, smoked gouda, crab, shrimp and evaporated milk to hot pot. KEEP STIRING!
4. Put on a burner on low and cover with lid to melt cheese
(YOU CAN STOP HERE AND EAT. CONTINUE TO NEXT STEPS TO BAKE).
5. Pour HALF of the pot of mac n cheese into a baking pan.
6. Sprinkle with shredded cheeses: parmesan, sharp cheddar and Swiss.
7. Pour the other half of Mac and cheese to layer.
8. Sprinkle with remaining shredded parmesan, sharp and Swiss to your discretion.
9. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and feta cheese.
10. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook for 30-45 mins. Until cheese is bubbly and little brown.
11. ALL DONE!!!!! ITS LITTTTT!!!!
