Spain is being berated for not helping the immigrants enough

The Council of Europe has the gall to scold Spain for their handling of illegal migrants. How dare spain send them back. Spain should roll out the red carpet, give them food and housing, obiously. Even though Spain has tried to be good by taking in the economic migrants that the ngo's tried to dump on the shores of Italy, Spain still is not good enough accorting to the council of Europe. Oh, and it may be confusing, but the council of Europe is not the same as the European Council, even though they use the same flag. But the push for open borders at any costs seems to continue even though the populace of Europe is turning more right wing at every turn.
