NOTE: Russia's MOD updates are known to not necessarily correspond with the footage of what Konashenkov is announcing. So that particular footage is not necessarily of the HIMARS being destroyed. However there are reports all this morning that a HIMARS was destroyed near Artemovsk/Bakhmut. Russia here appears to confirm it but we'll see how true it is
