Ventura County CA official states contract tracers will remove people with covid 19 from their homes

Dr. Levin says contact tracers will remove people from home if unable to home quarantine with separate bathroom from other household members. WHO head Dr. Michael Ryan enter home and remove family member. Here's Dr. Levin apologizing for mispeaking and rephrasing his statement - not forced but if they want to go voluntarily to a hotel to protect their family (who would have already been exposed according to the incubation period info). It is vague and doesn't say adults only, many are saying this opens door to being able to take children out of home. Even if you agree with giving up medical privacy, and many other rights for contact tracing wouldn't we want this bill to be more specific and exclude taking children from the home at the very least?
