C Wilcox asks “Where are the voices reasoning in favor of this destruction of Western civilisation?” The short answer is, everywhere – factions within government, universities, a plethora of pressure groups, and the media. The reasoning behind the New Left, the New World Order, cultural Marxism and political correctness stems from the Frankfurt School, founded in 1924 at the University of Frankfurt by a group of Marxist-Leninists to engineer a long-term, global, cultural Marxist revolution. The aim is to bring Western society to such a “state of hopelessness and alienation” that it breaks down. Its past proponents have included some big names – Herbert Marcuse (his concept of “repressive toleration”), Erich Fromm , Theodor Adorno (“The Authoritarian Personality”), Jurgen Habermas and Bertrand Russell (“The Impact of Science on Society”).
The Frankfurt School was disbanded in 1953 but continues as a global network. Its main targets are the Judaeo-Christian legacy of civilisation, the individual nation state, and “family” as the basis of society. It drew up an 11-point list of principal recommendations:
