Blinken urged Russia to not pass the law because it was a "blow" to the "freedom and expression" of Trans and LGBT people. Russia passed the historic law today, which now makes it illegal to publish any LGBT or Trans 'propaganda' at all, not just aimed at minors (as was the law before), but now aimed at anyone including adults. All LGBT & Trans propaganda is from now on illegal in Russia.
