Although this footage was filmed in 2004, it has only just been 'released' or 'secured' by Tom Delonge, of Blink 182 fame, who now seems to have some interesting contacts withing the Alphabet agencies including NASA.... Not sure what the craic with Tome Delonge is, but this is sure interesting, especially as it is supported by US Navy Commander David Fravor's testimony ....
