I've been a high-level 'Targeted Individual' for almost 7-years, and have literally defended against hundreds of attempted murders, by way of their Microwave/Frequency/5G Weapons. This video provides a 'Do-It-Yourself' approach, to create your own shield to protect your heart & brain (the two most vulnerable areas), from attack.
Update 8/25/21: After you have created your shield, there is one last important step to do. Take two plastic bags, put one inside the other, and place that bag between your heart and your shield. It's a little trick I recently learned to give one extra protection, and insulation, to guard from the frequencies projected at you by their weapon's remote control.
Think of your heart like the eye on a T.V. screen. As if you were trying to block the eye from being affected by your T.V. remote. That is what you're trying to accomplish with your shield. If the evil ones can't send a signal to the NanoChips in your body, they won't activate, and won't hurt you.
Another important trick is to take foil, and wrap it around your left bicep/elbow region. Since your heart is attached to your left arm/hand, the evil ones target it as well. You may also have to wrap foil around your left and right kneecaps. These are also vulnerable areas to their Frequency Weapons. (I know this sounds hokey, but I assure you, it works). Also, have water on-hand, as every sip will buy you moments of relief, because the hydration momentarily blocks their signal.
