In this video, I go over the classical magic worldview as found within the grimoiores, such as the Key of Solomon, Lemegeton, Heptameron, and Agrippa. It's important when studying classical magic of the Renaissance to have an understanding of a slightly different orientation and schema. In this way, modern magicians can try to understand these traditions as they were in themselves, without projecting our modern perspectives on to them as badly. While it is impossible to entirely generalize, I go over several key factors in the classical worldview that stands in contrast to the prevailing worldview in a lot of modern "magick."
