If they have vacated their Office (individually),They are not Gardaí.They are not Police either - More like a Criminal roaming gang.They can be sued as a man/woman.Of course the corrupt court system will wear you down and the defendant will turn up to court in uniform and the system will try to get you to make a case against the Garda not the man/woman.As a Garda the taxpayer pays,not the man/woman.
