Human-Monkey Hybrid Made in China by U.S. and Catholic University Scientists

Scientists from a Catholic university in Spain and the Salk Institute in the U.S. -- working in China to avoid 'legal issues' -- announce they successfully created a human-monkey hybrid then killed the embryo. They're doing it, they say, to create an endless supply of transplantable organs for sick humans. When others raise ethical objections, or concerns about potential threats to the human genome, the scientists basically say, "Trust us."
