Guided Energy Alchemy Meditation: assessing & balancing exchanges in your energetic tower's

This meditation is intended to be an alchemy practice which you can return to and rediscover new areas of service, new levels which require attention. It can be used as a single session, charging/lightwork practice but would be best suited as an integrated piece of a shadow work/seasonal cleanse type of routine or ritual.
