The Supreme Court of Canada has announced today that it will NOT hear the five challenges that would have been presented by environmental and Indigenous rights groups in British Columbia when it comes to the construction of the trans mountain pipeline. This will no doubt spark more violent protests as environmental rights groups have been hijacking this movement to make it all about the big bad oil industries. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth explains why this isn’t an environmental issue, it isn’t even a rule of law issue but rather it’s an issue of private property and the ability for the government to use eminent domain and civil asset forfeitures giving the state the ability to steal your property and do with it as they please.
