President Trump signed an Executive Order against online censorship, augmenting the protections for the 1st Amendment embodied in the Communications Decency Act that protected platforms, but not publishers, from liability for content. We anticipate a federal RICO lawsuit against the social media elements, and look forward to the day when YouTube is once again in the service of We the People.
