Judge Sullivan May Be in Trouble, 3065

G¬ood evening, I’m still reporting on the coup.
Seventeen days ago, the Justice Department finally dropped the criminal case against Gen. Michael Flynn.
The move came two years after Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to FBI agents about his discussions with Russia’s ambassador to the United States – something that was not only perfectly legal, but part of his job description as national security advisor to the incoming President-elect Donald Trump.
To everyone’s astonishment, the judge in the case, Emmet Sullivan ruled 5 days later that he would put a hold on DOJ’s recommendations and appointed another judge to argue against them – in effect a new trial under unprecedented circumstances.
On May 19 – 6 days ago. Flynn’s attorney filed a motion with the DC Circuit Court of Appeals – typically among the most liberal courts in the land – that Judge Sullivan had acted improperly and should be removed from the Flynn case.
However, on Thursday, the Court of Appeals ordered Judge Sullivan to explain his decision and was given 10 days to do so.
Sullivan then hired a top Washington DC defense attorney for an unknown reason.
What’s going on here? Gen. Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, appeared on Gregg Jarrett’s show “Witch Hunt” on Fox this evening, to throw some much needed light on this extraordinary situation.

¬¬So there was no basis to charge Flynn in the first place because he did not lie. Even though the FBI set up a perjury trap for Gen. Flynn – which then FBI Director James Comey bragged about on one interview show, Flynn still didn’t lie to them.

But wait until you hear the astounding reason why the FBI then still pursued Flynn?

But here’s the bombshell delivered by Sidney Powell:

Again, Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller spent over 2 years pretending to run an investigation when he knew from the first day that there was nothing there. Astounding!!

In other words, when Trump fired Jim Comey as FBI Director because he knew even then that this was another witch hunt. They were really going after Gen. Flynn because he was the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency. And so Obama knew that Flynn would soon find out the sordid and seditious truth about what the Obama administration had been up to with the fake FISA applications used to spy not only on candidate Trump, but hundreds – perhaps thousands of his supporters - using the NSA. And they knew Flynn couldn’t be bought. Flynn would clean house. They had to get rid of Flynn if they were to have any chance of getting rid of Trump.
And there you have it. Over three years later, after endless stonewalling by the FBI, key documents were finally released by the new Acting Director of National Intelligence, Richard Grenell, that finally allows us to see that it was all one lie piled on top of another lie in a seditious attempt to take down newly-elected President Trump.
The final straw was they tried their best to hold the truth from coming out before the coming election in November, but they have failed.
Judge Sullivan may be the last bulwark against the oncoming floodwaters of the swamp becoming fully exposed.
Now, Judge Sullivan may have some explaining to do, which may be another reason why he has hired a defense attorney. Newly-alleged corruption may be about to explode all around him.
It should make for interesting reading in coming days as the swamp is slowly draining despite last ditch efforts to further delay it.
