Trump made good on a promise made, but not honored, by every President since Bill Clinton and made a law by Congress in 1995 – to move the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. This promise to the most loyal of U.S. allies in the Middle East has been a thorn in the side of Muslims and especially Palestinians.
