I cut down load times so you dont have to sit through them 2+ minutes at a time.
I had to skip breaking the lava ruins crystal but I cleared the room due to the fact that over about a week and a half of runs I found it to be literally impossible to melee my way through the room without items or levels, unless I want to suffer a death from the machine gun/shotgun ghosts (the shot-gunners can 1 shot me at this point).
The Monica fight wasn't too bad but on my god did it drag on for me, I suggest you watch the Monica phase 2 section in 2x speed if not faster and maybe mute it as to not give yourself a headache.

This run was kinda fun but killed me inside by Monica 2, I don't think I'll be going at another one of these until the game is completed.
